Her background includes a past role as senior director of Sigma Associates, where she managed consulting engagements for a multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting firm. Michelle Pourciau focused on water, wastewater, and industrial facilities, overseeing the deployment and management of IT and related infrastructure systems. Throughout the early 2000s, she served as deputy director and director of the District of Columbia’s Department of Transportation, spearheading policy directives such as emergency preparedness and homeland security activities after 9/11.
